By registering and using the Frumzi platform, members enter into a binding agreement covering acceptable conduct, financial procedures, and dispute resolution. Please review these provisions carefully before depositing or placing wagers.

Registration and eligibility

Applicants must be at least eighteen years of age or have reached the legal gambling threshold in their country of residence, whichever value is higher.

Each individual is permitted to maintain one account only. Duplicate registrations identified through verification checks will be closed, and any winnings accrued under such accounts may be voided.

Accurate personal information must be supplied at sign-up and kept current. Falsified details discovered subsequently may invalidate balances and result in account termination.

Deposits, withdrawals, and bonus mechanics

Funding sources must belong to the registered account holder. Transfers from third-party cards, wallets, or bank accounts will be reversed and may trigger an enhanced due diligence review.

Promotional rewards offered under the Frumzi brand carry wagering multipliers, maximum bet caps, and time limits stated at the moment of opt-in. Funds released as bonuses must satisfy these conditions before withdrawal is possible.

Bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-accounting or pattern betting designed to exploit promotions, results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated.

Operating under our gaming licence

The platform operates under licence ALSI-202411077-FI2 issued by the Anjouan Gaming Authority in the Union of the Comoros, which sets the regulatory framework for player protection and fair play.

Access from territories where online gambling is restricted or prohibited is the responsibility of the player. Frumzi reserves the right to decline service to residents of embargoed jurisdictions.

Disputes, downtime, and termination

Technical interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events may temporarily suspend access. Wagers affected by genuine malfunction will be settled according to server logs.

Members who disagree with a settlement or account decision can escalate concerns first through Frumzi customer support, and subsequently to the licensing authority if a satisfactory outcome is not reached within thirty days.
